I feel like Captain America just requires you to actually be cold with the character now
-Removed animation cancel, but can still do melee attacks rapidly if you bind the melee button
-Use shield toss when you actually need it, otherwise just keep spam melee
-Use cap combos more

Did some testing reported my friend for throwing and he logged on 2 minutes later and he isn't banned. The point compensation for throwers also doesn't appear to be real and was just a PR move by NetEase. Seems like it was all for optics and nothing actually changed.
