Hate to say it, but this place has always been a shithole, but it was my shithole before the tech bros let white supremacists take it over.

Something I learned about myself when it came to a scarcity mindset is I was prolonging joy. Especially when it came to food. I would save the best parts of my food for last. Or get upset internally when other people went straight for the best part/ dessert I learned that I am allowed to have that instant feeling of happiness. I don’t have to wait on it. Some of this may have come from my religious upbringing that told me I’ll have to wait until I get to heaven to experience real joy/peace. Idk.

Pro tip: Costco is often the cheapest place to get prescriptions on GoodRx. If you have a patient that needs it to buy scripts, tell them they can go to Costco. They don’t need a membership to use the pharmacy, it’s illegal to have a membership service to a pharmacy.
