@strandpeach All this in Derek’s pov is a lil funny. He’s trying supportive, uplifting and caring. Then all of a sudden, he gets the cold shoulder for 2 weeks. Then in 5 minutes, Avery is yelling about cheating, KIY reveals japes and Avery cries off. And Derek’s just sitting there like “what”

@strandpeach And KiY only revealed it so early (if you consider two weeks early) because the BEST part of a mean-spirited prank is when they REALISE they’ve been pranked and feel like such a fool. KiY really got the last laugh.

@strandpeach And he must be thinking to himself that he’s such a bad friend which is why he had to leave the room because he fumbled so hard. He’s not; it was a momentary lapse and he was manipulated into it, but Avery is such an overthinker he’s gonna focus on it more than he should.

@jonahwasthere I love that you put the gold into two blocks and he’s playing in the dark. I can see Derek’s vision gathering the ingots together to form two eyes. Which is why Derek freaked for Avery. He’s flashing back when the King nearly took him and he had to kill Avery to move him.

@IdenClay It COULD be a compliment, I suppose. Kinda like how servers can give you extra fries. My mind jumped to it being jealously and a seemingly “harmless” way of hoping the customer gets fat but I see what you’re going for.
