Tami Latrell, was recently invited to Spelman Music to provide insight to music students on songwriting, publishing, & performance careers in the recording industry. She is a multi-platinum, GRAMMY-nominated songwriter who’s written for artists such as Whitney Houston & Monica.

We are excited to welcome Artist-In-Residence, Mazz Swift, with Yo-Yo Ma's acclaimed Silk Roads Project! They will work with our music students on interpretive performance techniques & providing their own narrative for their journey & life as a versatile musician in the industry

Come share an evening of songs of love & justice with voice faculty professor, soprano, Maria Clark. Also there will be a premier of Dr. Paula Grissom Broughton & Sharan Strange's Carnegie Mellon award winning song cycle entitled "In Her Voice". Concert free & open to the public!
