@LushLtd find it acceptable to fire someone without warning, guidance, feedback for daring to call a fellow employee ‘hon’. Literally dumbfounded. How very dense, unprofessional and sadly a sign of the times. If there ever was an example of the pc brigade gone overboard!!

@214Missc Don't overburden yourself. It's easy to say yes to everything and find yourself overwhelmed. You've got years to figure out grading, policies and school politics but concentrate first on forming structured routines and making respectful relationships with the kids. Good luck.
