Pupils from our furniture making class attended a 3 day upholstery workshop at @Dumfries_House this week, courtesy of Future Textiles. Excellent work from the boys this week and excellent end results with their cushions! @St_Andrews_Acad

Excellent efforts over the past few days as Design and Manufacture pupils have taken part in their ‘Design Days’. Models and folios are shaping up and showing how far pupils have come in their learning journeys (workshops returned to order after the creative hive activity 😬😊)

S5/6 Furniture Making had a fantastic day at @Dumfries_House as part of their 2 day course in upholstery with Kelly & Nikki at Future Textiles. Pupils cut patterns, practiced seems & piping and attached zips to panels for their foot stool cushion. @StAndrews_DYW @St_Andrews_Acad
