@TheMrsLevy I did vegetarian for 30 days it was hard AF but u need iron supplements now i have totally replaced beef with turkey and still eat chkn and fish experiment with all diets and see what makes you body feel better .. im still learning daily at 50 years of age. Veggies are bomb
