Body Part Idioms 🤝 Lend a hand = To help someone. Example: Can you lend me a hand with my homework? 🥶 Get cold feet = To suddenly become nervous or scared about doing something (often before an important moment). Example: She got cold feet before her big presentation. 🎭 Break a leg = A way to say “good luck,” especially before a performance. (It sounds negative, but it’s actually positive!)
