It is so important to recognise the impact stigma and shame can have, as a direct result of miseducation, misinformation, and ignorance. We are continuously learning and although we may make mistakes, we must engage in these important conversations to instil change 🕊️🤍

If she had announced that she had poor physical health, it would have been an 'acceptable' excuse. Instead, Naomi was stigmatised for declaring poor mental health. Our emotional/ mental/ physical well-being matters! 🙋‍♀️❣ #istandwithnaomiosaka #MentalHealthMatters #StopTheStigma
