Just know its okay to cry. It really is better to let you feel your emotions than to bottle it up. I personally didn't touch anything related to her or even look at photos for weeks, slowly I started going through things and sorted what I still wanna keeo and what to donate.

TW: Death and Grief Recently I had put my childhood dog down due to cancer and haven't been dealing with it well. Any tips or advice on how to help grieving would be greatly appreciated. It's always hard to put a pet down and to every who has had to I hope you're doing well.🫶
