@Seth_3773 Embedding competition into every practice. Change the mental aspect, then the physical side. Here is our change from last yr to this. 20 wins and district title.

If you where taking over a HS program. - Small town mentality - Decent facilities - Young team - Amazing teams around them - 11 losing seasons in a row with most of them very lopsided. What are some of your first steps to change the culture and build a program?
