@zzngyus @winniebinn -a "scandal", you're just being deceptive and kinda hypocritical. I don't think txt are considered problematic by kpop standards or really at all, but it's weird to be dishonest just to feed into a narrative, almost as if being honest doesn't support said narrative.

@zzngyus @winniebinn Yeah no I got the point of the og tweet, but if your way of showing how unproblematic a group is by purposely picking examples that paint them in a good light, str8 up lying which is what my og reply was about, or even ignoring instances that would actually be considered-

@zzngyus @winniebinn ? That wasn't my point. It was never a scandal to begin with, though I guess naming some other instances he's actually received hate for, such as his comment that came of as microaggresion, isn't as ideal as pretending he got hate for crediting black music

@winniebinn @zzngyus The few people who were mad were more or less criticizing kpop stans' reactions and hypocrisy which is reasonable. Labeling it as a scandal just because a few people expressed their frustrations is stupid

@winniebinn @zzngyus That's not hate towards him nor a scandal. It was the bare minimum and some people being annoyed at how much praise he recieved for it is valid, especially when black people have been met with racism whenever they've said the exact same thing as him.
