@TallyBat @telegram telegram.org/faq_spam This happened to me way back then when telegram was having issues. Try messaging the spam bot and waiting a few days, if thats not the issue then I have no clue

I have absolutely no idea why, but ever since August I have been restricted on @telegram Not a clue as to why, no reason given, and when I sent an appeal, nothing happened. No response. Does anybody know of any way to fix this? I feel like I'm being brickwalled by them.
