He could have tried reversing course right then and there, but he didn't. There's some plausible deniability, he didn't think magic was real, but he avoids the truth as long as he can. 2/2

I didn’t watch the movie but discourse around it makes it feel like the point of this movie is that a lonely guy daring to want a girlfriend is an unforgivable sin

@Taskmaster_616 @BrianEpshteyn @PatriotArle I can agree with you to an extent, his intent at first was almost innocent. The wording of the wish even speaks to an emotional reaction he was having in that moment, but he had sex with her when she was clearly acting strange. 1/2

The author decided to put out a story where the actual narrative doesn't dispense the narrative he wants to portray, so he had to clarify this is also what happened with Dune. 2. Change it to what ? @JPenumbra I believe it's because they're trying to make it so people who are just getting into comics know there's a black panther but not that he's T'challa son of t'chaka especially since the rumors & leak about an new male black panther being introduced in doomsday or secret war.

@sdgundum990 @BrianEpshteyn @PatriotArle Disagree he's the villain because of one key point : intention , much like a car accident or a gun misfiring the intentionality of the the actions of the wish in the film where we can't read his mind or anything, he shows he's willing to change or to break the wish.

my biggest disappointment with the God of War reboot series is that it completely ditches ACTUAL cinematic gameplay. it's my biggest disappointment with AAA gaming today. this kind of sauce is a lost art in blockbusters
