The Brave Space Collective demands accountability from the Prime Minister. Change cannot happen within our institutions until we see it in our government.

Even when the process works, the system fails in the end. The complaints process extends far beyond the end of an investigation, and we need to protect students from further harm by those found guilty of sexual misconduct.

Harvard University continues to employ John Comaroff, despite finding him in violation of the college's sexual harassment policy. The Brave Space Collective stands with students and survivors in condemning the actions of both Comaroff and the institution.

In a recent article for The Independent, @Nadine_Writes reported on @UCLan suspending two Black students who highlighted the university's' complacency in responding to complaints of racism.

What a launch! 🤩🤩 such a special evening and this is only the start. Was so uplifting to be in a room full of students passionate about transforming the broken institutional structures failing us. Through a trauma-informed, community-centric approach, change will come!
