Get a hobby outside trading‼️ Not everything in your life should revolve around charts, entries, losses, and payouts. Some of the best trading decisions I’ve made came when I stepped away from the market and did something completely unrelated. Go to the gym. Play a sport. Read a book. Travel. Build something. A trader with no life outside trading eventually starts forcing trades just to feel occupied. The market will still be there tomorrow. Your mental health deserves the same level of attention as your account balance. Well, I’ve decided I’ll be channeling my inner Mozart over the next few weeks and learning a few musical instruments. Adding to the list of things I do outside the chart. Let’s see if the talent extends beyond the charts. 🎼 🥂

First Law of Motion - GUIDE

The crazy part is that emotional trading doesn’t only show up when you’re losing. Sometimes it shows up when you’re winning too. Many traders can hold a losing trade for days, but can’t hold a winning trade according to plan. A profitable system is only half the battle. The other half is having the discipline to let it play out. Good lesson. Journal it and move on. 📈💜

EMOTIONAL TRADING GOT ME AGAIN ❗️ I closed my USDCHF trade too early because emotions took over after seeing profits already secured for payout. According to my plan, I was supposed to move to breakeven once price reached the H1 demand zone… but instead, I rushed the decision just to lock in profits faster. This is something many traders don’t talk about enough: emotional trading is real, even profitable traders still experience it sometimes. The goal isn’t to completely remove emotions, it’s to reduce how often they influence your decisions. I still made money, but not as much as I could have withdrawn. Trust your system more than your emotions🥂
