Atul Subash named 6 people in his final note. His wife Nikita Singhania. Her mother Nisha Singhania. Her brother Anurag Singhania. Her uncle Sushil Singhania. Judge Rita Kaushik. Jaunpur Family Court. Court clerk Peshkar Madhav. In December 2025 the Magistrate found prima facie evidence against 3 accused. Case transferred to Sessions Court Bengaluru for trial. We are now in March 2026. The trial has not concluded. His son is still growing up without a father. Justice is still due. 🙏🇮🇳

And yet if the marriage turns sour, the Wife can file False 498A alleging "He took Re. 1 to fool everyone. Soon after marriage demands for 20 Crore Dowry started, my Father gave 19.99 CR but he threw me out for 1 lakh" and Media will print it and everyone will spit on the Man.

Man can't even retire peacefully because somewhere someone is waiting to collect her monthly ransom. But an educated woman with work experience opting to sit idle at home is her choice. Treating Men as cashcows is Sacrosanct Duty. Treating Women as cashcows is cruelty.
