Unrugpad Director & Campus Leadership Structure
To strengthen our expansion and reward active contributors, Unrugpad is introducing a structured Director System across cities, states, and campuses to support the growth of Upademy.
Director Commission Structure
When students join Upademy, directors earn commissions based on their region.
Basic Class:
City Director earns $3 per student from the city while State Director earns $2 per student from the state
Advanced Class :
City Director earns $5 per student from the city while State Director earns $2 per student from the state
A person can serve as both a City Director and a State Director.
Director Referral Reward
If you refer someone who becomes a City Director, you will earn $1 from every student that joins Upademy from that city.
However, if a director becomes inactive and is replaced, the commission will move to the newly appointed director.
Campus Director Structure
To further expand our reach, Unrugpad will also appoint Campus Directors across higher institutions.
Campus Directors will be responsible for promoting Upademy within their schools and helping students gain access to the academy and its opportunities.
Campus Director Earnings
Basic Class:
Campus Director earns $3 per student from their campus.
Advanced Class:
Campus Director earns $6 per student from their campus.
Campus Director Referral Reward
Anyone who refers a Campus Director will earn $2 from every Upademy student coming from that campus.
Additional Benefits
Note: All Directors are also entitled to their normal affiliate structural referral rewards when they personally refer students or when students join through their affiliate network.
Important Note
Students who join through a campus will be counted under the Campus Director only. City and State Directors will not earn commissions from students joining through campuses.
This structure is designed to encourage strong city-wide and campus campaigns, reward active leadership, and expand Upademy across cities and institutions.
