17 साल की पीड़ित बालिका का शव भी पुलिस में वापस नहीं किया क्या यही राम राज्य है उत्तर प्रदेश में योगी सरकार ने रामराज्य स्थापित कर दिया है, लेकिन यह रामराज्य केवल सपनों में ही नजर आता है क्योंकि राज्य में अपराध रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रहा। अपराध तो छोड़िए, जब प्रशासन ही आपके साथ खिलौने जैसा व्यवहार करे तो कहाँ तक जायज है? हाथरस का मामला आप सभी को याद ही होगा। उसी से मिलता-जुलता एक और मामला सामने आया है जिसे अभी तक हमारे देश की मीडिया ने जनता के सामने नहीं रखा है। मामला है देश के प्रधानमंत्री के लोकसभा क्षेत्र वाराणसी का। राज्य में डबल इंजन की सरकार है लेकिन एक 17 साल की बच्ची के साथ बलात्कार होता है। पुलिस को कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए, आरोपियों को पकड़ना चाहिए। लेकिन पुलिस पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव को परिवार वालों के हवाले तक नहीं करती और सारे सबूत नष्ट करने के लिए परिवार वालों से कहती है कि लकड़ी भिजवा दो, हम खुद उसका अंतिम संस्कार कर देंगे। पुलिस को यह अधिकार किसने दिया कि एक भाई-बहन, माँ-बाप अपनी बच्ची को आखरी बार देख भी नहीं सकते? क्या प्रशासन को इसमें या सरकार को इसमें थोड़ी सी भी शर्म नहीं आती कि हाथरस के बाद भी यह घटना इस प्रकार से घट रही है? उसके अलावा जिस तरीके से शव का अंतिम संस्कार किया गया, वो भी एक दर्दनाक कहानी है। एक जल रही चिता के ऊपर उस 17 वर्षीय बच्ची के शव को फेंक दिया जाता है। क्या यही रामराज्य है और क्या यही डबल इंजन की सरकार है? अपराध हर राज्य, हर देश, हर प्रदेश में होते हैं, लेकिन मानसिकता सरकार की होनी चाहिए कि अपराध को खत्म किया जाए, परिवार वालों को भरोसा दिया जाए कि आपको न्याय मिलेगा। लेकिन यहाँ तो जब न्याय करने वाले ही अन्याय कर रहे हों, तो न्याय की उम्मीद किससे की जाए?
