Her legs still ached from the activities of the previous night. So many thoughts ran through her mind; why was he so rough? He said he was hungry for her, so he needed to have his fill. I went to the market to buy a few things. Somehow, I ended up in one of my patient's stores. After buying the things I came for (she even inflated the cost of some items) I paid and turned to leave. This woman stopped me. "Erm, doctor, my 3‑year‑old girl is sick. Can you prescribe drugs for her?" I asked her to pay before consultation. She got angry. What did I do wrong? I paid for her goods. Why does she expect me to sell mine on credit? Anyway, I left her and went home. If her daughter is truly sick, she knows where the hospital is.
