@TheRacingChef @TraegerGrills That's how it was labeled from the farm I got it from, but it was MUCH thicker than any flank steak than I'ver cooked before and it was less chewy, too, so maybe not?

Made French onion soup gratinee in my mom's old cast iron pot tonight. Chef who provided the recipe said, "Perfect for broken hearts and hangovers, so it's perfect for everything." It was indeed a stellar pot of soup.
