We can safely confirm there is a limit of 70 Miis in Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream, according to the demo files. If this measure changes upon release, we'll update you as soon as possible.

Even though the game can technically exceed the Mii limit (which is great, by the way), there are multiple areas of proof, including Mii cap progression (8 → 20 → 35 → 70), that lead us to believe this is still a strict limit set by the game. Again, we're optimistic it could change upon or after release, though!

@TomoLifeUpdates Unlikely. The demo functions fine when it has been forced to have over 70 Miis (excluding the lack of saving) and nothing else noteworthy happens until 256 Miis where the demo will just crash. It is just early-build syndrome.
