29-YEAR DROUGHT OVER 🔗highschoolot.com/story/nchsaa-6… Watauga's girls came out on top of a crowded NCHSAA 6A indoor track & field championship field to win its first title since 1997. Watauga won just one gold medal on the day. Ragsdale freshman Taraji Jordan was named MVP, winning the 55 and finishing top-3 in two others. Ragsdale's Elle Dawson, Southeast Guilford's Ataja Stephane-Vazquez, and Asheville's Sebla Miracle were double winners.
