@chris_neto If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it 😁 Why anyone would apply a firmware update that they didn’t have to is beyond me. If it’s required, and this would likely only be for security or enhanced functionality IMO, test if first in a non-production environment. #AVintheAM

Q1-Who is responsible for on going Software Updates of equip. in a new room after Day 1? How long should an integrator own those updates? What if a routine software update compromises the system on day 300 ? As integrators how do you plan for that? as Tech Managers? #AVintheAM
