UPDATE: Minnesota Shooting Shows The Gun This video is circulating, with people saying an ICE agent Disarmed him a second prior to the shot. Not 100% sure, but it doesn’t look like the weapon HHS posted. It’s easy to criticize ICE from the comfort of your couch, with infinite slow motion playback, but I’m sorry to tell you, law enforcement doesn’t have NFL Replay. They have to make split second decisions, in this case, surrounded by lunatics with whistles and loaded weapons. These dumbass paid protestors, I have no sympathy for — they are creating so many high tensioned scenarios every second of every day in order to create moments like this. This might be the definitive view of the Minneapolis shooting involving Border Patrol. Alex Pretti is clearly seen reaching for his gun holster to try and shoot the officers.
