Today is the 2nd anniversary of the random murder of Bryson Allen, 16, at a party in Cantonment, FL.
Witnesses say Ethan O'Brien, 19, arrived with an AR-15, pointed it into a crowd, shot Allen, then fled.
Allen was wrist-slapped with manslaughter last month.
