He said the @SECGov is already PREPARING to move fast…
They are waiting on Congress to FINISH the CLARITY Act FIRST. ⚠️
He revealed the @SECGov is working on an INNOVATION EXEMPTION that would allow firms to:
👉 build tokenized securities ON-CHAIN
👉 trade them legally in the U.S.
👉 raise capital through token sales
