my biggest strength is also my biggest weakness i’m never content no matter what i achieve, i always feel like i can do more, be better, fix something and honestly, that’s what keeps me going i started from wanting something simple like my own table, then have my own bed, then my own room, and now to have my own place last month was a good one i got back into gaming content and made an extra 5 figures it helped me with my bills and i’m really grateful for that, so really thank you for that @Immutable and @crimsonzealgg but at the same time… it still feels like i’m just getting started and im not perfect, well... no one is we get tired, down, drained but we can’t stay there so just keep going

@aixarizzo A mistake was made here I believe It was that the FT Employee should have reached out to you saying he was bringing a deal to you and he would love to get a commission for it. Now, he came after you accepted an amount comfortable for you not both of you

guys what do you think about this situation? -a company reaches out for a sponsored post -i send my rates -they say it’s too expensive and ask if i can do it for half -i say no -they come back asking if i’d do 75% of my rate + referral commissions -i say ok if it’s just a post -then the person negotiating, who works full time at the project, asks me for 25% of the commissions (making the payment the price i asked for in the beginning) and says that once the payment is sent i should transfer his part am i crazy or is this insane and a horrible practise for a FT employee?
