@anza_xyz small runtime-level migration ergonomics like this save a lot of unnecessary operator pain once teams are shipping real upgrade flows.

@solana_devs @Alchemy credits help, but the bigger unlock is shrinking how much raw infra every team has to wire up themselves. less rpc glue, more actual product shipping.
