I don’t think a Reed trade is out of the question during the season, but only if Golden takes the jump many are expecting and Watson stays healthy.
Especially if the team wants to re-sign Wicks, but I’m dubious of that at this point too.

@Peter_Bukowski With Doubs leaving and Wicks almost certainly not being extended, I think they will try and work out an extension with Reed since it likely won't cost much and will reduce the need of drafting another receiver next year

They gauged the market last offseason on Reed but they’d be selling low on him after the injury. I think they roll with him this year and get the comp pick for him when he leaves.

Of the expiring WRs, Reed is the one I'd be shopping the hardest. Unlikely to have two smols going forward, Golden can give you third down vertical slot snaps, and Watson gives you early-down slot reps where he's inserting/adding a lot and forcing nickels to defend as Sam LBs.
