If we manage 3 home wins and a draw away to Manchester City from this run, will that be enough?

@sergitosergito I love it Sergito! Rooting for you and team. I would love for us to connect, I'm sure there are some exciting opportunities for us to work together. I hold Meebits but not so active on discord, so these post on X are great.

You might not like Meebits (that’s ok), and of course it’s awesome that people work for their own bags. But if you’re going to rank NFT projects you’ve got to start putting some respect on our name. And yes I’ll stand up for our community because we’re much more chill and don’t have a need to spam the feed but that doesn’t mean Meebits aren’t one of the top NFT projects. If you need to familiarize yourself with Larva Labs most ambitious project and what we delivered last year, the list below is a good start.
Sergito ❚ ❚@sergitosergito

As we close out the year, here’s a list of what we shipped since the acquisition in February: - OpenSea partnership - Noper art drop - PlayerZero integration - mmERCH popup + collab - DashBo integration - Upcycling program - Licensing Expo booth - Meebits Podcast with A-list guests - Voxel Journal Newsletter - Tokyo Gift Show booth - The Hundreds collab + ComplexCon - IRL Meetups in NYC, Lisbon, Las Vegas - $MEEBSTR innovation - Marfa Larva Labs gallery exhibit - Art Basel Shop partnership - Meebits Pins - Curio AI Plush Toy - miniMeeb Otherside Viz - Acquired 77 additional Meebs for our treasury It was a year of experimenting and rebuilding the community. Next year we’re going all in on our North Star: Meebits are Art that’s fun and functional. We’ll kick off with an event at the Node Opening Weekend in Palo Alto, a co-submission to The Memes, and the launch of our new website. From there we’ll have some fun with the Meebits Futbol project into our summer 5th Anniversary celebration. Thank you to everyone who’s supported the Meebits this year, we’re excited for what’s to come.

I got rejected by 144 investors before raising $150M for my $200M+ rev/year startup. After 144 rejections, I started questioning our approach. Were we solving the right problem? What were we doing wrong? Why weren’t investors seeing what we were seeing? Were we the right team to build this? We tried everything: different pitch angles, new deck structures, and reframing the problem. Then came the 145th meeting, where we closed our first growth round. That yes made everything worth it. But getting there took years of mistakes and hard work. We went through a lot of trial and error just to figure out what resonates with investors. We tried dozens of approaches to figure out what made investors engage. Some landed, most didn't. But each iteration taught us something about what builds conviction versus what just sounds good on paper. And once we cracked that code, our Series C closed faster than expected. And today, I see so many founders in the exact same position I was in 10 years ago: grinding through rejections, questioning everything, and trying to figure out what works. So today I want to give you the resource I wish I had back then: Something that shows you exactly how to structure these conversations and navigate the entire process (because the fundraising cycle can be a big distraction and take a toll on you as a founder). So I've partnered with Notion's Startups Team to create the essential fundraising resource that helps you avoid the mistakes that cost me years. Here's what you are getting: • The actual decks I used to raise $150M for Super[.]com (Series B, C) • 50 real examples from funded startups like Eleven Labs and Artisan AI • A searchable database of 10,000+ investors - angels, VCs, and accelerators you can reach out to immediately (this alone would take months to build manually) • An AI-powered fundraising agent built into Notion with step-by-step prompts (no separate ChatGPT needed) Want access? • Like and share this post • Comment "FUNDRAISE" • Follow me so I can DM you the link I'll send it over ASAP. P.S.: If you are serious about fundraising (now or in the future), you should grab it right away.

I got asked an interesting question today... Am I required to post on my personal socials about Ronin and Axie as a Sky Mavis employee? The truth is... I've never been asked to create posts about any product of Axie Infinity or Ronin. I do it - as I believe in gaming!

Not giving up is one of the key factors of success in crypto. This year has been absolutely dog sh*t for crypto gaming. BUT, me and my gaming community @GamingGridx is still very active both online and discord. Every month, we bring still bring in partners and collabs to keep our gamers entertain and have things to do. There were few wins that we had this year, including MSU, Cambria, Rohan2 and many more. Even though the gaming market looks especially slow and dead, it is actually way easier to spot winners and good opportunities. Also, all the games we and campaigns that we participated in are like practices for us to be ready for bigger challenges. We are ready and positioned for the crypto gaming super cycle. If you like crypto gaming and want to be in a community full of amazing people, join GamingGrid. Welcoming you guys always. GamingGrid everywhere.

Is the web3 gaming era near? Yeah, our niche isn’t at the top right now. But there’s a reason smart people keep saying: It’s the best funnel to bring the masses into crypto. When the boom hits, gaming creators and game projects will be first in line for massive boost offers and audience. Don’t stop building, don’t stop posting, don’t stop testing games 🎮

@SeanPinnock Sean, we we've been developing the perfect platform for this, a tool for research, feedback, bug reports, feature requests and co-creation. Ai powered too so anyone on your team could do a job of a lead user researcher. Would gladly show you a demo and give you access.

It may seem cliché to hear another founder say “community first” But for AVALON, it’s the truth. Working alongside our players allows us to implement feedback when it counts... WHILE we're still in development. So when we launch AVALON, it’ll reflect what our community actually wants to play and that’s what it’s all about.

It took me two burnouts to realize Web3 doesn't need you to self-destruct. I was waking up at 4am with four hours of sleep, convinced this was just the cost of building in crypto. It wasn't. Trust me, having a structure and boundaries is how you stay in the game long-term

Giving feedback doesn’t mean fud Holding teams accountable doesn’t mean fud Openly discussing key issues doesn’t mean fud Just because someone doesn’t bull post your bags doesn’t mean the extreme opposite. We need to really normalize being able to talk about these kind of issues.

Most Web3 "networking" is just mutual following. I see people at conferences collecting contacts like Pokemon cards. That's not networking, that's contact hoarding. Real networking happens when you solve problems for people before they ask. There are lots of ways to do it. When someone mentions a challenge they're facing, I think about who in my network could help them solve it When I learn something that would benefit a founder I know, I share it without being asked When I spot an opportunity that fits someone else's goals, I connect them to it This approach works because reciprocity is a fundamental law of human interaction. When you consistently add value to someone's life without expecting immediate returns, they remember it and they start looking for ways to return the favor. Value-first relationships compound naturally over time, whereas transactional networking rarely leads to meaningful long-term connections

Web3 marketing feels like early internet advertising. Lots of spending, no idea what's working. Projects track engagement instead of business outcomes The first projects to build real attribution systems will dominate creator partnerships
