Texans franchise won't change with O'Brien as HC. He's terrible. Watson's 7 games saved his career. Unfortunately McNair needs to go to but that seems less likely. Until BOB and McNair gone, it'll always be the same old Texans.

🚨 NYC socialist Zohran Mamdani whines: “We shouldn’t have billionaires because it is so much money in a moment of such inequality.” Pure Marxist envy and class warfare. Billionaires build empires, create millions of jobs, and power America’s economy. Socialists create nothing but resentment and poverty. We reward success — not punish it.

@JeremyBranham Oh, I assumed it’s tacked on after year 5, but maybe you’re right?

Congrats to Will Anderson for securing the bag. It's not a super team friendly extension though, it only buys out one season of FA on a record deal.
Ian Rapoport@RapSheet

🚨 🚨 🚨 The #Texans and All-Pro edge Will Anderson Jr. have agreed on a blockbuster, 3-year, $150M extension with $134M guaranteed to make him the NFL’s highest paid non-QB ever. The deal, which includes a rare no-trade clause, was done by @AgentNicoleLynn of @KlutchSports.

$7,000,000.00. That's how much two Haitian nationals stole in a SNAP fraud scheme in Massachusetts. Their fake retail stores raked in $480,000 a month. Haitian migrants should be DEPORTED, not protected!

Hezbollah official: “We are currently investing in protests and demonstrations in Western countries, especially among college students. We already have Muslim students agitating, but it’s the Western students themselves who will destroy their own countries.” This is the decade-old plan by Hezbollah and the Islamic Regime in Iran to destroy America and Europe.

Israel could have just rounded up everyone in Gaza, marched them into a field, and executed them. Yes, millions would be dead. But at least there wouldn't be any demolished buildings, which are very important to people who cite demolished buildings as proof of gEnOcIdE. The Iranian govenrment murdered more civilians in two days than Israel did in two years. But we don't have photos because they turned off the internet and didn't demolish any buildings, so it didn't happen.

Need a run…I’d start by not letting Yainer Diaz come to the plate.

I’d like Yainer to not swing the bat for one game. I’d bet he’d finish 0-1 with 2 BB if he just went up to bat and held the bat on his shoulders.

I feel for Cade, but what would’ve happened had he missed games 17-37 with this injury, would they have still made this exception?

With the caveat that this is so stupid to begin with…I think this is a dumb decision. If you’re going to make it 65 games, then that’s it. Even in extraordinary circumstances (which honestly I think both are not), you either play 65 or you don’t.
Shams Charania@ShamsCharania

Just in: The NBA and NBPA have ruled in favor of Lakers' Luka Doncic and Pistons' Cade Cunningham on their Extraordinary Circumstances Challenge for the 65-game award rule, making both eligible for all 2025-26 season honors such as MVP and All-NBA teams, sources tell ESPN.
