I didn't read all the comments, so I don't know if anyone told him yet, but Carvana does not calculate Gross Profit the way every other dealer does. They take all Gross (retail AND wholesale) and then divide it by the number of retail units they sell. That's why they call it Retail GPU. If I sell 10,000 wholesale units at $1 gross each, and sell 1 retail unit at $0 gross, my Retail GPU would be $10,000.
