@trizzfilm Man, this is what I’ve been trying to tell people for so long. Backrooms is honestly leagues above typical analog horror, it is so well crafted and if you watch Kane’s various interviews you can see how much he’s planned out this world and how much he cares about it

@jennykaynorwood @KaneHypeGuy My theory is.. the “meme rooms” is killing the impact. Which I can understand. When something scary is meme’d too hard, it looses that umph but, as you said, his series is literally right there and it’s 1000x better than all the backrooms shitposting.

@3333ism @KaneHypeGuy I mean to an extent. Everyone has the right to their own lore and kanes lore gained the most traction due to how interesting/well done it was done. Especially by a child. The meme lore is its own separate entity (e.x. The wiki, tik tok, games) as you said, open concept.
