The UK economy stagnant between July and September compared to the previous three months. Had been expected to decline 0.1%. But September stronger than anticipated. However you cut it, the UK economy is flatlining. Bank of England forecasts it stays that way into 2025. So what is Chancellor Hunt going to do about it in the autumn statement and spring budget?
