@confuzzlednstuf @Brushie_Art She’s one of my characters, actually! Her name is Jasper, and the rest of her design (in this outfit, anyway) is a pretty stock-standard magicians coat with black pants and black dress shoes. Shes also got another, longer streak of blue towards the back of her hair. ^^
