Very debatable but I believe the first hack to becoming a good litigator is master of procedures and procedural laws.

Yes, girls are more organised. This is exactly why monotonous tasks that require specific processes, like cooking, laundry, and cleaning, were naturally done by women, while spontaneous tasks that demand courage and quick thinking, like hunting and protecting against invaders, fell under the purview of men. This shows, more than anything else, that men and women have different strengths and we need to work together to achieve the full potential of humanity.

A Russian Teacher recorded the differences in the development of boys and girls of the same age, showing that girls are more organized and smarter than boys

It started with rain. Two strangers under a small shelter… one conversation, then many. He said he’d been praying for something good he just didn’t know what. Turns out, she had been making the same du’a. Months later, he stood in her home, asking for her the right way. And when it rained again… she was already his wife. 🌧️🤍

Cohabitation is a bad idea for any believer. You'll fall off so hard and fast, it will do you like a dream. The Bible ate when it said, "Abstain from all appearance of evil." ~ 1 Thessalonians 5 : 22.

You will file a process. Lazy court officials will not put the process in the Court’s file, and the Judge will end up blaming Counsel lmao

If opposing Counsel wants his witness comfortable, he can tuck him in with a nice bedtime story before court. My job is to walk in, point to the witness box, and say, “That’s not a chair, sir. That’s a hot seat."
Ogundipe, Esq.@The_Ogundipe

I have read a few books on trials and cross-examination. Many of the authors hold the view that you should not browbeat a witness during cross-examination and that you should make them comfortable. I acknowledge that these authors are accomplished trial lawyers and that they have way deeper and broader experience. However, while I share the view that a witness should not be browbeaten during cross examination, if I ever write a book on trial or practice, don't expect to see anything like "make the witness comfortable". Making an adverse witness comfortable isn't one of my briefs. That is in the brief of the counsel who fields the witness. He has the duty to tell him to feel comfortable and guide him on how to achieve comfort during cross-examination. A witness feeling comfortable is not to my advantage, because cross-examination sometimes isn't successful because falsehoods and distortions are exposed. It succeeds sometimes based on failed recollection, innocent mischaracterisation, uncertain positions, mistakes, and when a witness is pressed to speak precisely to specific details. If I wrote a book on cross-examination, I'd advise readers to let the witness know as soon as possible that "it isn't business as usual". If you have a question that would make him have the need to use the rest room or sweat throughout his stay in the witness box, use it first". "Start and end with the heaviest punches" is what I think. That's why during cross-examination, I don't buy the practice of asking a witness whose details are already before the court to: "Tell this court your name, profession, and address". No. "You have not been promoted in 7 years. I suppose that it is because you're yet to record any success in investigating crime. Right?" "You're here to testify on theft at your factory. As a civil servant, are you aware that you cannot run such a factory?" "IPO, please, I'd say some words out, please tell this court the meaning. Incorrigible, devoid, duress, revolutionary. You used them in your statement". Which one is: "Tell me your name, address, and profession", especially when my lord already said I have 30 minutes.
