The #OurOcean Conf, founded by @ClimateEnvoy in 2014, focused on accountability from the outset. New analysis of OOC commitments concludes this has succeeded in at least 1 category: #MPAs. All #MPA commitments show evidence of progress; 2/3 are complete!👋 @_vconstant @Kirsten_GC
