Man what are they feeding these kids. Every university student I talk to is doing some really incredible stuff. Rocketry, building battle bots, designing PCBs, robot arms, cutting antennas out with box cutters. Is it because of LLMs? My class was nowhere near this smart

We would like to address questions regarding the use of AI in Crimson Desert. During development, some 2D visual props were created as part of early-stage iteration using experimental AI generative tools. These assets helped us rapidly explore tone and atmosphere in the earlier phases of production. However, our intention has always been for any such assets to be replaced, following final work and review by our art and development teams, with work that aligned with our quality standards and creative direction. Following reports from our community, we have identified that some of these assets were unintentionally included in the final release. This is not in line with our internal standards, and we take full responsibility for it. We also acknowledge that we should have clearly disclosed our use of AI. While these tools were primarily used during early production, with the expectation that these assets would be replaced prior to release, we recognize that this does not excuse the lack of transparency. We sincerely apologize for these oversights. We are currently conducting a comprehensive audit of all in-game assets and are taking steps to replace any affected content. Updated assets will be rolled out in upcoming patches. In parallel, we are reviewing and strengthening our internal processes to ensure greater transparency and consistency in how we communicate with players moving forward.

What's going on? His real space company, I think, is not SpaceX, it's xAI, it's Grok. Look at the logo for Grok, I think it's like a black hole profile. Look at its slogan, to understand the universe. I think he's given up on the corruption of science. He keeps talking about the fact that he doesn't like the term researcher, he believes only in engineers. He's constantly really running down scientists. I don't think he doesn't believe in scientists, I think he thinks that science has gotten corrupted and he doesn't want to deal with it. I think what he's doing is he's building Grok to do science in a time when humans are too corrupt to be truthful and real." 😮👀

I don't know what's going on in Japan, but they have some of the absolutely craziest stuff ever built in ToTK. Dude has a full on fighter jet with a manual missile launcher. I can't even imagine how to do make the missile launch thing happen. This is awesome.

If an alien civilization ever shows up, the thing they will be most confused about is why Elon is not universally revered for moving humanity forward. He has and will do so much. You can now schedule recurring cloud-based tasks on Claude Code. Set a repo (or repos), a schedule, and a prompt. Claude runs it via cloud infra on your schedule, so you don’t need to keep Claude Code running on your local machine.
