Well, i brought her back to life. Might be time to repot into nutrient-rich soil though, so it actually bulks up.

@kerrymcook need more waters, add a layer of soil with Mycorrhizae. I would also suggest to cut off the tips of leaves that are dry and the small bottom leaves. Theses are asking a lots of energy to your plant and you need this energy for the roots right now.
