@FelixanderJay @Toska0v0 @CatholicSat That’s not actually what the Hebrew and Greek terms provide. A sin is anything which goes against the law of God. Whether that be idolatry, fornicetion, murder, stealing, jealousy, bitterness, lying, cheating. Those are all sins along with many more.

Praying for the unitarian heretics today. They spend all of their energy bashing the doctrine of the triune God, so there’s never any fruit from evangelism or prayer. Likewise, I’m praying for the covenant theology and hyper-reformed amillennial folks. They too spend all their energy bashing “dispensationalism”, that there’s no fruit. Also, the brothers who spend all their energy speaking against the rapture of the church. All of their energy is spent on calling us stupid and their obsession with the church experiencing the tribulation. Lord, open the eyes of the unbelieving heretics, the proud legalists, and the ignorant brethren. Also, empty me of a prideful heart so that I would not pray selfishly, but earnestly for these people.

He would push them towards recognizing Him as their Lord and Savior. He wouldn’t force it but neither would He leave them without a challenge and call to repent.

He didn’t come to just hug everyone. The Bible is clear He came to redeem mankind because we are degenerate to do it on our own.

@FelixanderJay @Toska0v0 @CatholicSat Interacted with, to repent, and follow Him, rather than pleasure and self want. That doesn’t mean an individual will, but Jesus wouldn’t just “give” things without the call to sin no more, or repent, etc. that’s the key difference.
