i need to look drastically different in 3 months

goals stay in control mentally build habits i can actually maintain lose as much weight as possible try to tone myself up as i lose weight get visible abs again look decent again so i can meet people

rules eat regularly throughout the day stay under 1200 cals don’t binge work out at least once a day, no excuses eat healthy food, protein bars and drinks allowed

i need to start an accountability on here i had the psych ward one but didn’t even use it because i got out a few days later

nvm i’m gonna do high res like 900-1100 and occasionally eat at my bmr and no metab days allowed at least for now

i need to eat minimum at my bmr to function properly which means weight loss will be slow which means progress is slower and that’s hard for me to accept being an impatient person

i’m finally out of the psych ward

i’ve decided i give myself three weeks to lose weight to see him again. if i stay locked in i’ll at least be in the underweight category again by then. seems like a plan

about my thyroid the endocrinologist told me to check again in a month even though my blood levels have been off since july. i could have literally developed hypothyroidism due to lithium but they just don’t give a fuck
