I don't want this to become a rumor so I'll just clarify this is not the reason. Faker and 2017x were not the subject of any balancing issues, nor did disagreements about them stem from this.

@actualnob0dy @Days_TDReborn Bc the devs left balancing up to the EXE creators, and I think Raven/whoever made 2017x were having a lot of disagreements with the devs. This is why balancing should only be up to the devs, not the people who wrote the characters. Bias will be there if not.
