@atelierhide I guess the lightning talks at the end serve like the wrap-up presentations? Sounds like a great way to facilitate involvement for less mainstream work like the scientific things.

@yungyuc Attendees can get support/advice if they want but mainly work on personal projects w/o any collaboration and have lightning talks at the end. It’s a monthly gathering but I joined yesterday for the 1st time in 4 years...

@atelierhide How does it work to get the attendees working on your project? Do you have an intro section and you present it?

@yungyuc It’s a personal project w/o a public repo but recently I’m interested in making a simple GUI and freezing it into an executable for non-pythonistas. Sometimes tricky with the SciPy tools.

@atelierhide That’s a good one! Wonder what projects you eventually did in the hackathon. Is there a repo / list / something?
