@normington we obviously don't have as much time to work on things now that we're not paid to do it, but we do maintain the projects still.

@normington ofmlabs was a division of official.fm, but was shut down several years ago. The team created audiocogs org to hold our projects.

@wellcco we haven't done anything with encoding yet in Aurora.js, but it's something I'd eventually like to do. Cool project!

Just released v0.2.1 of flac.js. Fixes a bug decoding 16-bit lpc frames, introduced in v0.2.0. github.com/audiocogs/flac…

Also added support for 24-bit files to flac.js by simulating 64-bit ints in JS. github.com/audiocogs/flac… Performance isn't too bad!

Released ogg.js with codec support for Vorbis, Opus, and FLAC to npm yesterday. github.com/audiocogs/ogg.… All the aurora.js codecs now on npm!

Whoa! @KimDotcom's Baboom is using Aurora.js + FLAC.js, or at least a forked version of them. Helped write those with @audiocogs. Crazy.

Cisco is open sourcing their H.264 implementation and paying the license fees so you don't have to: openh264.org
