@basicbrewing Oddly, when I vacuum this big old house (used to be an informal maternity hospital) I'm listening to Basic Brewing Radio or Denny and Drew. There's something about being of a certain age that I can relate to, I expect. Never miss your show :)

Spent the evening in Fayetteville drinking a beer made from a cedar tree from Superior Bathhouse Brewery in Hot Springs. If this is the last tweet, I’m good with that. 🍻

@Steven_L_Clark @brewcabin @MattGiovanisci Matt's going to have a better idea than I do, but with Galaxy and a Tripel, I'd go easy. Maybe just a few grams? Of course, it's all up to what you're wanting to achieve.

@basicbrewing @brewcabin @MattGiovanisci I have a couple of Tripels fermenting at the moment... I'm going to dry hop the 14 litre one with Galaxy, but don't want to overwhelm the beer. Any ideas about how much I might get away with in a dry hopped Tripel?
