@bcbstn He had me fill out a detailed form. It asked for an Amount of Loss. I put just under $1000. I desperately need my Insurance Card and Food Allowance Card sent to me. Also, all Booklets. I need food immediately. Thanks !

On the phone with @bcbst for and 1.5 hrs asking why they denied medication and services, and why my OOP costs were $300 for a nerve diagnostic. Telling me it's the policy without providing evidentiary reasoning for the policy is not an answer. What can lawful experience.

@BCBST I have been on hold for 10 minutes waiting to speak to a representative. 5 of those minute were talking to a computer that kept routing me to wrong place. Who ever thinks this is even somewhat decent service should be fired! Still on hold........

@BCBST decided this year that they will no longer cover my medication that I’ve been on for 10+ years to keep my Crohn’s disease under control. I’ve been using them for upwards of 20+ years. I had to switch to a new medication that takes 3 months to become fully functional 1/3

@BCBST are yall aware of the letter being sent out by Kroll of a data breach happening from 10/21/2024 through 01/13/2025? I just received this today day, 01/03/2026. The letter is dated 10/24/2025. This does not pass the smell test.

When @BCBST says your family deductible is $5,000, they don't actually mean it. I had surgery earlier this year, and basically spend $5k OOP. Now my wife is having a procedure done, and she's being told that I hit MY deductible, but she still has to pay OOP

@BCBST just called on a claim (#2) denied for “service excluded”. It was just an OV. Rep barely spoke English & we had the WORST connection. Turns out it was the dx (was NOT listed as an exclusion on the provider portal) after a 30 min call. #unacceptable
