@bcwatkinson @masiamade The past euros in Switzerland the biggest stadium was 38K. as women’s football grows some countries might not be able to host tournaments but for now we shouldn’t degrade the size of arenas just because we think the crowd should be bigger. Football in Norway should grow too.

Another takeaway for me from this tie, I understand why the McCabe Thompson incident annoyed Sonia and Chelsea fans , it also happened very late in the game. But it’s a total sidebar to the story of this tie imo (it also had no bearing on the outcome given how late it happened, the disallowed goal in the first leg is a bigger deal in that respect).
