@HeartClock08 @Wrograln @VengeNocturnal From my experience, the type of fans that keep engaging with something they don't even like anymore out of "love" end up only ever talking positively about its potential and nothing more. Call me crazy, but that doesn't sound like love to me.

@bean_razor @Wrograln @VengeNocturnal If you really *love* a piece of media and are passionate about it, then it makes sense to be upset when you see its potential being wasted. People tend to get very upset when something they love turns into something bad.

I went into Hazbin and Helluva expecting the worst. No way there is so much trashtalk and negative videos for no reason, right? Imagine my shock when I realized that this hate is the most manufactured shitstorm on this planet and both shows simply range from okay to good.

@Wrograln @VengeNocturnal See, I've heard that excuse with other shows before, and it still makes no sense. If I don't like a show, I just drop it, which is exactly what I did with Helluva Boss. You don't see me complaining about how good it could have been if only the writers were literally me.

@VengeNocturnal I think the hate comes from people who really care about these shows. They see how good they can be but then see the writers make the worst decisions ever and it irritates everyone including me. I really need to stop thinking about this show for the sake of my mental health

RWBY is such a loved show for me but it's a BADLY written show with a GREAT premise. I will never ever be critical of it where #THOSE people can see though, because my criticism stems from love of the show and it's characters
