Here is the complete testimony so far from someone who could be a key witness because he is an 18-year-old who knew both the victim and the defendant. He was a Memorial High School track team member who was under the tent and the reason that Kamelo Anthony may have entered it. I posted some of this earlier but there was a break for lunch and I wanted to try to keep it easier to follow Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “What did you notice in the tent? Witness: “Karmelo was there. I dabbed him up.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Did you talk?” Witness: “Just said hi.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Did you think it was weird he was in the tent?” Witness: “Yes, because teams are supposed to be at their own tent.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “You call him mellow?” Witness: “Yes.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “After you stop talking to him, did you see any other teammates talk to him?” Witness: “Yeah, Austin said, ‘Who are you?’” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “What did you see?” Witness: “Karemlo gets mad he’s told to get mad he’s told to get out of the tent.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Once he gets mad, what happens?” Witness: “He says, ‘You’re not going to move me. You’re a b*tch.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Was Austin starting to get mad?” Witness: “He was getting defensive. Someone we didn’t know was in the tent. He’s always leading. He’s always protecting us.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “After that?” Witness: “Karmelo said you’ll have to move me. Austin put his hand on his back. I saw Karmelo’s hand go in the backpack. We’re at a track meet. I wouldn't expect anything to be in there. Karmelo said, ‘Touch me. You’ll have to move me, and find out,’ trying to provoke him.’” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Then what happens?” Witness: “Austin puts his hand on him and falls back.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “ Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “How was Austin trying to move him?” Witness: “It was him trying to move him off his seat. A soft shove.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “What did Austin do?” Witness: “I see the hole in his chest and blood. He starts screaming for help.” (STARTS CRYING) Prosecutor: “When this is going on, who’s standing?” Witness: “Before the stab, Austin was the one standing.” Prosecutor: “Did any kids from Memorial try to gang up on Karmelo?” Witness: “No.” Prosecutor: “You’re expecting at most a fist fight?” Witness: “Yes.” Prosecutor: “You didn’t think anything was going to happen?” Witness: “No.” Prosecutor: “After Austin falls, where does Hunter go?” Witness: “Hunter went to help him get up, and that’s when Austin pulled up his shirt and started screaming.” Prosecutor: “You thought the stab was a shove?” Witness: “Yes.” Prosecutor: “What did you see?” Witness: “I saw our coach take off his sweatshirt. Austin fell down and looked unconscious.” Prosecutor: “After the stabbing, where did Karmelo go?” Witness: “I saw him run up the bleachers.” Prosecutor: “The coach heard you saying, ‘That was my brother. That was my brother,” about Austin.” Witness: “Yes, sir.” Prosecutor: “Coaches got you and Hunter in the same locker room. You’re still upset?” Witness: “Yes.” Prosecutor: “Looking back, you wish you didn’t pretend to film it?” Witness: “Yes.” Prosecutor: “Was this case about race? Was this case about self defense? Did Austin want to fight?” Eddie Parra: “No.” Prosecutor: “Based on that day, who was in the wrong that day?” Eddie Parra: “Karmelo.” Prosecutor: “Did Karmelo have any reason to stab him?” Witness: “No.” Prosecutor: “Just plain and simple murder?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense attorney: “You’ve had a chance to watch the interview with Ofc. Riley?” Witness: “Yes, sir.” Defense attorney: “Did that refresh your memory?” Witness: “Yes, sir.” Defense attorney: “What did Karmelo say in the tent?” Witness: “He said, ‘You all are bad,’ or, ‘You all are @SS.’ Taunting them.” Defense attorney: “Is that the comment that got everyone’s attention?” Witness: “Yes.”

A man finished a $57 meal at an airport restaurant and tried to walk out without paying. He claimed a friend nearby would cover the bill, but the friend was nowhere to be found. Staff called officers after he refused to pay or provide ID/collateral. The man argued loudly, insisted the staff had agreed to his story beforehand, demanded officers go find his friend, and repeatedly talked over them while denying he was trying to dine and dash. Officers gave him multiple chances to settle up. When he kept trying to leave and refused to cooperate, he was detained and arrested for theft. The restaurant chose to press charges. Outcome: He was taken into custody after the failed attempt.

Carmine Agnello, 40, the grandson of convicted mob boss John Gotti who recently was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison was recently arrested again for for allegedly choking his girlfriend in a domestic assault on Long Island. Agnello was charged with third degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief after the reported incident on Tuesday night. He was arrested Wednesday and will be arraigned later Thursday in Hempstead on Long Island. He was sentenced in April to 15 months in federal prison and was supposed to surrender to federal authorities and report to prison on July 20. Agnello as a teenager appeared on the TV showing "Growing Up Gotti" alongside his mother and brothers.

This week, my wife and I made the very difficult decision to terminate the pregnancy due to Trisomy 21. The choice was not made lightly. We really appreciate all of the personal stories that you guys shared with us, especially the unconditional support we received from fans with no matter what we decided. I know some of you may be very disappointed to hear this news. We are devastated. This has been extremely traumatic for both of us, especially Ashley. She underwent the procedure earlier this week and is on the mend. Thankfully, everything went smoothly, but emotionally we are drained. Trisomy 21, also known as Down Syndrome, is caused by an extra chromosome. It is caused by an error in cell division, like a glitch. The odds of a baby having it is 1 in 1000. When I first confronted this news, I was shocked but optimistic. If they’re a little slow intellectually, then we’ll make it work. I signed on to be a parent, come what may…but I just didn’t fully understand what Down Syndrome entailed. Once we made it public, it became clear that MOST people don’t know what Down Syndrome entails (and no, it’s not the same as Autism): 50% of babies with DS have heart defects. 75% will have hearing challenges. Over 50% will have vision problems. Impaired immune function, developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, delayed physical development, poor muscle tone, structural issues with face, decreased lifespan, etc…Sadly, the list is long, feel free to look it up…Down Syndome isn’t a “blessing”, it is objectively shitty from a health perspective. I didn’t realize just how rough it is for the child, let alone the family…more often than not, they would be fully dependent on others for the rest of their life. The miscarriage risk is also close to 50%, which made matters worse…they may never see the light of day and it puts Ashley further at risk. We spoke with doctors, friends, family and genetic counselors and learned that up to 90% of women terminate their pregnancy after learning the baby has Trisomy 21. This was WAY higher than I expected, I thought it would be lower given that I hear so many say they kept or would keep the baby. I believe that’s because most terminations happen privately, it feels shameful. A lot of judgment being cast. You never think you’d be in this type of situation until it happens to you and then things change. To all of my fans who have weighed in on this topic who have Autism, Down Syndrome or any other conditions…we appreciate you. You matter a lot and we’re glad you’re here. I commend you and your families for having the strength and courage to push forward. As for us, we made a difficult decision that we believe in the long-run will be beneficial for our family. Thankfully, we had a choice. It will take a little time to move on, but we are excited to try again in the future and hopefully have a better outcome. Love you guys & thank you for understanding. ❤️
